looking to upgrade my suspension as its way to soft, and i get getting role and alot of understeer when i take corners and the other day i cum dwn this hill and the understeer kicked in i hit sum gravel and the car span 180 n i nearly had n accident.... i was doing 30mph?:S................
what i wanna know is if i upgrade my suspension, how should i go about doing it on a budget...... lower springs, or jsut get tougher springs maybe? would lower springs give me a harder ride or anything like that? got a budget of bout £100?:S

to make it harder you want stiffer shockers, im on spax coilovers and it makes loads of difference, gmax are cheap but you get what you pay for

yeah i put 15 corsa 1.6 tyres on it...... lil wider than old ones n lil bigger....... how much am i looking for a mid priced coil over set? fing is i dnt intend on keeping the car that long, jsut first year to get insurence dwn a lil, so altho i want it to handle a lil better i dnt wana throw to much at it

a spring kit will get rid of a lot of the body role and will make it handle a little better so if ur not planning on spending that much i wud just lower it on springs and get sum better tyres on it if i were you. or you could buy a cheaper suspension kit like g maz so you have uprated shocks aswel as springs, but as said previous you do get wot u pay for.

Make sure you go for a full suspension kit set up, just springs will certainly give you a firmer ride, but it will also be very bouncy. Also shortened springs with full length dampers is never an ideal set up.
