Good old Ellis, when will he learn that he is the problem, not the managers. How many has he sacked now?

I sense i'm about to become unemployed

Doug Ellis, without sounding ageist, is getting on a tad to be running such a large premiership club with the pressures and strains it brings i think he's losing his marbles.

In saying that O'Leary is a very poor manager in my opinion and shouldn't have been hired in the first place, but thats just a matter of opinion!

Look at that figure offset with the transfers out though, you'll find a pretty well run premiership club behind the scenes.

Fans dont want well run clubs though they want success

O'leary overseen the downfall of Leeds and then put himself in the position with villa were he was distanced from the fans and the players ultimately leading to his dimissal.

Dont let the fact that Peter Ridsdale's stupidity got him to the champions league semi final with Leeds, he should have questioned the stability of the club while spending hundreds of millions chasing something they never quite reached.
