best way?bubble wrap them? couple of crisp boxes ?

yes, bubble wrap them and put them all in a large TV box...it weighed about 38kg

PS, get some carton box pieces to 'secure' the wheels inside to prevent them from moving

I did it last week and use www.sendexpress.com...

Someone sent me a wheel wrapped in a lot of layers of bubble wrap with thin black polythene (bin bag type thickness) wrapped round that.

Appeared to work a treat, although depends how many your sending I suppose.

The first thing i do is securly tape a peice of cardboard on the face of the wheel.

^ as above i used carboard on the face and back then bubble wrapped and sent in binliners

Bubble wrapped each wheel then covered them with black bags and alot of tape.

Sent by parcelforce cost £50 and they were heavy vec sri wheels and tyres.

each wheel weighs 17.2kg.....

so how shall i send em?all together in 1 parcel or 2?lol....

I had each wheel wrapped seperate..And each one weighed 16.5kg.....
