I should be buying my first car soon, I have decided on the Corsa Sport X14XE , What should I look out for? Common problems? Usual rattles? Etc, my price range is upto 1800 on a push!

make sure engine management light isnt on. check to make sure it comes on with ignition incase theve pulled the bulb. cracks on b pillars.

smokey when starting, the usual stuff.

check for smoke on start up, heavy clutch, check coolant level/if pressureised after a short while/ make sure dosent overheat/ any signs for being ragged! as all sports have!!!
