Resize pics - i cant open them up in photo editor as they are too big to open (7mb) but they will open in fax viewer but cant resize in that, anyone know how to?

go to micorsoft's website thne search for/download powertoy. Once its installed, right click on the images and there will be an option to "resize image"

Can resize and change compression levels and all sorts with that. By far the best program ive used to resizing images.
