I am selling my 205 gti. It sailed through its MOT last week. It is in very good condition it has very good paintwork in white and comes with a lot of spares. It is not taxed but possibly could be. I would like somewhere in the region of £550 for it.

It is the 1.6 gti on a(88/89) F plate it has covered around 120k but i have only used it at weekends it only covered 200 miles since the last years MOT. It is the phase 1.5 which has newer dash and full door cards. I have had new drop links fitted. as for spare there is a boost valve, new discs and pads also a new clutch but not 100% until i find it.

Is there rust at all?
Is the engine good/quiet?
Is the exhaust manifold cracked?
Is the rear beam in good conditon?

I'm interested, but would need it taxed if bought on the weekend (to drive it home)

The only mods are a back box put on by previous owner a silly tunable one but that is it.
