This has probably been asked before but it's doing my bluddy head in!!

I need to set my Sony K800i up for pic messagin asap: -

I've been on the sony website and got their settings and it didnt work

I've been on O2 website to get the settings but my phone wasnt listed. I tried the settings for other sony phones but they wernt compatible.

I've telephoned O2 and they wern't helpful at all.

Im on pay as you go too. I've been trying to download a pic message but it keeps saying 'download failed, communication error'

Does anyone know what to do?? Thanks
