What type and profile of cams would you guys recommend for my rally car.
The current set-up is a x14xe, with jenvey twinbore tb's, running on a mbe management. This is bolted to a standard engine fitted with arp bolts and 4 branch manifold.
This set up runs at 110bhp on the rollers-(I thought it would be more tbh).
I'm considering buying some cams to complement the tb's, but am after some mild profiled ones, that can run with standard springs, followers pullys. I know that do do the engine justice i do need to buy a whole kit and not just the cams. but times are hard & i simply cannot afford it!
In rallying I need a balance of power & reliability, I dont need wild crazy cams that will either destroy the engine or deliver that much power I'm snapping driveshafts etc
thanks in advance for any advice
