Looks alot better than the others and it has a separate motor and pump which means its easyer to replace one or the other if they fail. The cheaper units have a combined pump and motor, so you would have to get the whole lot if it broke.

Its local for starters which helps
3hp
50ltr
umm what else does it need to have?
Thats alot better spec but i think i would be worried about having issues with it and not being able to take it back, especially if its not brand new. I just got one from Machine Mart and it wasnt working properly so they replaced it, you wouldnt be able to do that with one from ebay.
Yeah that won't have a warrenty I bet
In terms of taking it back its the same town as me, just wether he'll do anything about it
I'll contact him about it
Just had a reply, its a 6 month warrenty
What does everyone think?

You'll be using 2k primer, waterbased colour and 2k clear. Don't use cellulose as it is hard to paint with as it needs to be thinned a lot to get a shine on it.
The 3hp compressor will do the job for painting small areas, though I would still say it's not got a big enough tank on it to run tools off. Plus he hasn't even said how many CFM it produces, yet he still seems to think it will run any tool. Without that vital information that's a very bold statement to make.
If you are thinking of spending that much money try and look out for a Valley 100 litre compressor on Ebay, they are £170.

Matt,
Have a look in the exchange and Mart for second hand ones, also those tool hire places sometimes sell off old stock which means you could get a bigger compressor for your money.

Mines the 200 litre version of that one. Though that 100 litre one will do the job and I can confirm that the are good compressors. Mine has done about 30-40 hours now and it works fine. Just make sure you change the oil on it regurly.
