If you really can't get them off u will have to make a cut in the bolt so you have some leverage on it to unscrew it.

gator grip

whack an old socket over it

cutting a groove in it to unscrew isnt a great one id think. Not much leverage

hi when i had my car sprayed they lost my locking wheel nut after putting my wheels back on. when i came to having new tyres the garage got them off using that drill thing they use to tighten em up and after a few minutes they worked it loose?

LASER make a socket that is reverse threaded inside, you put that onto the nut then unscrew it with a breaker bar and it will take the nut off

theyre about a tenner from halfords
