Modified Vauxhall Corsa GSi 2.0 litre

Corsa GSi. This car originally had a 1.6 litre engine and has now been fitted with a highly tuned 2.0 litre C20XE engine out of a Astra GTE. This car has had a great deal of time and money spent on it. It is immaculate inside and out. The car always starts first time and the engine is in perfect working order. Before Courtenay cams and chip were installed the engine did a 'rolling road' of 164bhp. I estimate that after all the modifications, the engine is now running at 175bhp. It is an extremely fast car and not for the faint hearted!!

Listed below are the modifications carried out on the car:

* Full professional respray
* Smoked headlights
* Smoked side repeaters
* D-Badged front bumper
* Fully working bonnet louvres
* Semi-Smooth boot with welded panel
* D-Locked handles
* Lowered 40mm G-Max shocks and rear springs
* Front springs Courtenay 2.0 litre uprated
* Magnex stainless exhaust system, no CAT
* New 2.0 litre discs and pads
* 15 inch speedline alloys, anthrite colour
* New Toyo proxies
* Toad CAT 1 alarm with proximity sensors
* Plasma white dials
* Sony explode 6 x 9 speakers
* Interior - Original with no bolster wear
* Short shift gear linkage
* Courtenay group N cams
* Courtenay group N chip
* Courtenay pulley
* Before engine was installed oil pump and cam belt were changed Full M tech engine mounts and anti rollbar mount
* Red silicon hoses
* New battery
* Mobil fully syn oil used
* Low temperature stat and fan switch

Bad points:

* Recess in front bumper has split paint (see photo)
* One rear wheel bearing is starting to echo slightly
* Boot needs solinoid

# The ECU light comes on now and again the car has been plugged in to a vauxhall computer and the fault code shows crank sensor. The crank sensor fault is only enough to bring up light the car runs perfectly, i have a fully working sensor that i will include in sale

Bonnet was done at Cool Louvres in Alton. £5 a slot.
