Slowly but surely my Gsi is getting there, i've got most of the bits together to finish the car off. only small bits and pieces left to get. the car currently consists of:

N-reg corsa Gsi smoke grey shell (88k) fully seam welded (stitch welded) fitted with 3mm strengthening plates (bought from teddytopend on here).
Just Novas @ Corsa poly bush kit replacing every piece of rubber on the car.
Sparco FIA approved multi point bolt in roll cage.
parco alloy front upper strut brace.
Sparco steel front lower strut brace.
brand new lower arms, ball joints, track rod ends.
KW variant 1 coilover kit.
Compbrake alloy eccentric top mounts.
custom made 20mm lower tie bar brackets.
double rear gsi anti roll bars.
wheel stud conversion.
vectra 288mm v6 front brakes re-drilled to 4 stud with custom spigot rings.
OZ Superturismo WRC 15" et36 alloy wheels
complete goodridge stainless steel braided brake lines to re-place all copper line on the car.
stainless steel braided fuel lines.
OMP suade steering wheel.
corbeau revolution kevlar/grp & carbon/kevlar seats.
rally design quickshift linkage.
c16xe engine.
sbd alloy cambelt idler rollers.
kn racing 10mm race lads.
custom made 2-1/8" exhaust system & de-cat

thats the main bits i can think of, i will add stuff as i remember and as i get new bits.

the battery tray has been cut out and the battery is to be re-located to the boot, going to be weling seat rails in for the seats to bolt to. still need to get bits like harnesses, hydraulic handbrake, brake bias valve some other odds and sods aswell...

i will be spraying the inside of the car my self for the time being, and the cage will be powder coated black. early next year after the carhas had a couple months of use it will be going down to a friends spray booth and will be stripped back down to a bare shell and will have a complete respray in the original smoke grey.

From the outside the car will look like a standard Gsi other than the wheels and exhaust, think they look best this way!!!

what do you guys think so far?
And is there any things that you think i should change or buy, or do to the car?

here are the pics!!!

yes i mean u should have used weld thru primer and now it wouldnt be rusty. that will give u some bother when it comes to painting it. ul never get that all 100% off now its got to that stage. weld thru primer would have prevented any rusting
