What's wrong?

Heard a knock from under the car this morning while driving very slowly, checked under car everything was fine. Checked the wheel bolts, 3 wheels ok but the NS front one had 2 bolts completely loose, jacked the car up, tightened everything and after 2-3 mins drive, same problem.

Not the first time this is hppening.

any way to fix this? happening only on NS front wheel

take the wheel off and have a look at the hub, at the threads in particular, see if they are damaged in any way, if not try putting a bit of back into tightening!

could try some nutlock on them
