Was thinking the same, mate u really need to sit down with parents/friend/estate agents/solicitor/advisor to get most of the clear in your head

Not to mention his obtaining funds through deception, which is a fairly serious offence TBH!

she said that the reposetion company are not having anymore viewings. which has screwed me really as like ally said i need to get all the checks done before i can get the money.

By the way this house is very cheap, grade 2 listed cottage 60k

How am i? I am currently employed on my dads books. I could pay the mortgage for at least a year without working. I start a job in two weeks when i come back off my holiday

judging by your posts before...you told the bank youre employed when your not, thats deception

then it deffo needs another going over

I cant believe they wont let you look at it again, i looked at mine pretty much every week over the 10 weeks it took for the sale to go through

Trust me, i would kick and scream to get another 1/2 viewings.

You will have to have a valuation to get the mortgage confirmed, so i dont understand that.... u wont be able to buy it if u cant have a valuation done!

Baza, i think he sees it as deception because you said in your original post that technically you were unemployed, and you asked us if it would effect your mortgage etc

Please dont spark off an arguement in a purfectly good thread!

BTW - Have u asked them about having a few more viewings?
