We're trying to organise something site-wide which will have all the regions meeting on the first Sunday of every month, some regions are already quite established with this & it seems to be taking off quite well.

Not only will it make our meets easier to plan ahead for as we'll have set dates, it'll also make it easier for arranging joint meets with other regions

This Sunday is the first of the month, which may mean its too late to get something organised in time. Obviously there was a meet that took place two weeks ago so attendance to this might be affected by this also. One suggestion is that if anyone knows of any large events that will be taking place (bonfire/cruise etc) in the local area, we could tag along with that & have our meet there.

After this we move forwards with the intention being meeting every month without fail, and trying to circulate the region with a differant venue each month.


If anyone does have any suggestions/opinions on this matter (wether its to suggest a venue for this weekend or just an opinion on the future plans), please feel free to voice them in this thread

This will be a good idea matt just need venue's to hold them at.
Xscape would be a good one i think.
