see as thou the mud flap thread was deleted i will post here

i bought some rear mud flaps for my GSi from autovaux

only were £11.95

but on EPC it says they wont fit a GSi
but kano has em on his red GSi

pic:



so cant be that hard to fit anyone done it?

You need pre 95 for the rear. Its the fronts that don't fit due to the skirts. I can only assume the EPC is listing a set of four?

no ian EPC said these mudflaps wont fit a GSi???

for GSi it listed square ones, but im not keen

they must fit thou due to the pic above

i didnt know there were 2 different types of mudflap ive gt pre 97 ones on my post 97 corsa, they touch the wheels, well they dont anymore they have worn away

Its because of the skirts. Maybe they don't think the parts staff are clever enough to mix and match the sets.

my fault the thread got deleted i had to do it, that eel had just filled it full on nonsence and side tracked big time

is a good thread this cos iv been trying to deside for ages, i really like the ones on ebay with the vaux/gm/opel badge on but my car scrapes the from mudflaps on corsas so it would be poinltess, they really do help to prevent shoot goin up the side though during the winter

i think the mudflaps go really well on corsas, looks 100 times better with them.
the GM/OPEL ones on ebay look pretty good altho not sure on the fit/quality.
i think cunningham has them on his corsa?

Post 97 have a different mould where the screw meets the bumper. I personally would go for pre.

anyone else got the OPEL/GM/VAUX mudflaps? what is the quality like? & are they an easy fit? thinking of getting some
