That normally comes from bad positioning of your arms. Move your screen and keyboard into a better position.

Yea, you have most likely got that from bad posture which is normally down to having your arms rested on a computer. See if moving your things around to a different position helps before buying a new chair. It might work. (I am studying ergonomics at the moment )...

Costco have a chair with plenty of lumbar support in atm.

Felt very comfy when I sat on it although that could change if i spent a couple of days at the computer like my current one.

You need one of http://www.hermanmiller.com/CDA/SSA/Product/0,,a10-c440-p8,00.html

No wonder you have back problems even if you were sitting correctly.

Chairs like that are useless for prolonged periods.

I have one of they high back leather styled chairs.

Looks quite good and was quite comfy when I sat in the shop.

Leather gets all sweaty and although its not the comfiest it's not actually too bad now i think about it.

Definitely have a sit on a few then decide though.

I hope you didn't buy it without sitting in it first.

That link I posted will adjust to your body.

It'll cost you a few hundred quid though.
