I know the clip on the end of the CTS wire that goes onto it isnt the best. Can you do some sort of check to see if a wire is broken inside at all, sure there is a name for it......
Stick at it mate, i had problems with my valver, took me two weeks off work to sort it, damn thing!
Is your EM light wired up, if so i take it your getting no faults......

Well on the CTS, there is a clip that goes over the rounded end, well you just push it on, i know mine was pretty rusty, so i just got some emery paper to it.
As for the wire does it clip into another connector like the crank shaft sensor does or will it go straight back to the ECU........i cant remember.
I'm sure an elecy must be able to do some sort of test from end to end on the CTS wire........
Other options are, try a different ECU......mine got water it it as it wasn't sealed properly in the bulkhead! Or there is a slim chance one of the sensors you've replaced is still dodgy.

ecu is inside the car
cant think which sensor to try i could keep changing and it could be nothing to do with that
wire clicked into sensor very tighley was very good
lambda wire has bit worn through but dont think it would cause any of this
