hi all just picked up my new seats today, they are sparco milano 2's in black alcantara. I found them on ebay, but bought them outside of ebay
heres the listing
The pictures dont do them justice, they are so gorgeous, mint condition too apart from 2 of the reclining knobs and some plastic covers, but all these parts are manufactured as spares by sparco! just need to find somewhere to buy them, demon tweaks didnt show them on their website, although they can probably get hold of them!
I've also ordered a big roll of black alcantara to retrim my door cards with, ill post progress pics when i actually start fitting everything anyone retrimmed their own door cards before?

yeah i bought some evo stick spray adhesive to stick the original fabric back to the door card (because it started to peel off) and that worked pretty well!

Remove door cards and after peeling off the existing fabric, use a "dry" Evo Stik type glue (I used Timebond) to coat them.
Then lay your material over the centre, and trim around the card, allowing plenty of excess around the edges.
Work from the centre and smooth the fabric into all the recesses/shapes etc and you should end up with something like this:

Nope it's that tin in the pic, paint it on nice and thick with a brush, let it go dry, then press the fabric into it.
I used a fairly stretchy cotton material, shiny one side and slightly fuzzy the other. Was £10 from local fabric shop and had enough to do door cards and retrim back seat too.

Yeah, think it's done in a similar way to leather, when it's cut and stitched to fit.

I want to retrim them myself, because I always feel much better when I have done something myself, and generally speaking I put alot more effort in than people I pay to do things!
