I would be willing to bet my whole face that you get nothing.

the backs would have worn the same if there was a fault.

Bs are recommended to have about 26/27 in the back, not 32.

I ran 31 front, 27 rear most of the time.

Well the fronts are always going to wear more on a front wheel drive car arent they, as they do all the accelerating and steering and most of the braking. They would only wear anywhere near the same if I had a 4wd! I dont expect anything from them, just on the chance I do get something, it was worth taking 2 minutes to write an email.

correct, but if there was a fault, the backs would have worn more than you say.

well the rears are worn but obviously not as much as the fronts. How would they even wear after two months? On my previous set of wheels, I had the same tyres on the rear for 2 years, and they were second hand when I got them!

you're missing my point.

IF the fronts have worn from a manufacturing fault, the backs would have too, not as much, but still more than they should have.

This is what Goodyear will say, same as all the manufacturers do when you send tyres back to them under complaint.

They will see that they've been on the front of a front wheel drive car, commuting to london, driven by a 19 year old, and basically just laugh.

Not saying it IS your fault, BUT, that's what Goodyear will say, as they're a business, and won't pay out if they can find a reason not to.
