I think my post-97 GLS has black carpets. Obviously not brilliant black but definitely not grey.

the closest they did black was a very dark grey. never did 'black' carpets though when you order it, its on vaux's parts system as black. still better than the light grey imo.

I don't know - mine is pretty wirey, nylony plastic feel so putting in a washing machine with dye might not soak it up.

Is the black in the red Corsa not black enough then?

want realy dark black if ideal, have a late spec sxi carpet which is quite dark, just thought while its out may as well c what i could do

they grey looks very old fasioned

what sort of spray is there a fabric spray,
if it isnt designed for that it may come off

dunno mate, i jus rember seein that mike brewster boy off of that car programme on sky tv when he buys a 205,tarts it up so its looking fresher then flogs it on, and he couldn get a hold of an original black parcel shelf,so he had a grey one and jus sprayed it with normal black aeorosol tin paint

Just a note if you order some carpets up from Vauxhall, they might take a few weeks to arrive. We ordered some for someone and ended up sourcing them from Opel in Spain, think it took about a month to get them in.
