have a x16xe gsi, and bought a pvd bfo induction kit off ebay recently for it. now when i try to fit it, its a very,very tight fit and can only get it on about a centimetre or so, is it possible that this is for the c16xe and does the c have a slightly bigger inlet pipe size. any help appreciated.

it needs 2 b on there tight i have a pvd one on my corsa sri

yes, but is it supposed to be so hard to get on? as i said, it will only go on about a centimetre or so. i think its for a c16 and not an x16. someone help?!

spray some wd40 and push it on a bit harder.

yeah c16xe inlet pipe is about a centimetre bigger than the x16xe inlet pipe... but the c16xe has an air flow meter so the filkter would fit the oposit way i.e it wont sit inside the platic pipe, it will fit over the air flow meter using a piece of rubber hose.. chris
