oh and if chris could get his car back to the guy who fitted it i'm sure he'd be happy to resolve the issues, but hes decided to go to lee as he was down the road.

No i wasn't aware of the mounts until i p[icked the car up otherwise i would have had them done. Yeah the wiring was done but the fuel wire is still a bit dodgy. I'm not doubting his ability as i've seen the cars in his garage !!

right, would of been useful for him to tell you before you came over! at least you're aware and dont think that it swaying in the bay is normal

I see! , I don't know much about how the LET sits in bay apart from it looks like a fucking squeeze!

Well for one you've got more shit attached to the LET (turbo and box of magic etc) so clearence could of then been a big issue if it was swinging, thats all I can think of. Maybe weight too.

the alternator should sit no closer with a LET than an xe. the gearbox spacers are on the back now and the old front mount will be modified this weekend for the engine to sit in the right place and tight

In all fairness i dont think there was much chris could do, it was dead in dartford, and thankfully lee decided to help, there was no way that the car could have got back to the orginall location without more cost to chris
