Are you using the Orange Livebox?
We were thinking about switching to them as my bro can get it free with his mobile.

had no problems at all with my livebox!
only annoying thing is when it updates...
says will only take ten minutes please do not turn off whilst its updating...
but its gone on for over two hours before! so now i just turn it off and on asap, get no troubles that way

They gave it to me for free with my mobile, and it's used by my grandad. The livebox was DOA, so I used his old usb modem. It's as good as gold for what he needs it for.

I got it when broadband came out which was freeserve, then came Wanadoo which then got took over by Orange. What problems i had The connection was down more than it was up. Each time i called them they said there was no problem at there end. Got fed up after 3 months or so and transfered to BT.
