yesterday shadow, 1 of my cats.

she is deaf and blind anyway, and 18 -19 years old

she suddenly got worse, like she had no control over her back legs or balence.

went to vet, and confirmed she is deaf and blind, but also has a heart murmour and had a stroke.

hence the loss of control of everythin.

she got some tablets, and a injection and was to be re-assed on wednesday

got up this morning, she is lyiing on the floor, cant control anything at all, she cant move. she can barely lift her head.

so she wont be with us in a hour

we feed next doors cat, sorry to hear. like losing member of the family, we lost our dog a year ago.

MY 2 dogs are similar , one has a heart mummor and the other has leg issues and cant walk to well or get up.

18-19 is amazing for a cat. She has had a good life and it's time to let her go. My cat was 14 when we had to put him to sleep. Cancer . Still had a great life and was better to end the suffering peacefully

this happened to our dog, she trapped something in her back and had no control over her back end. my mum was feeding her on some vitamin type things.

anyway she went to the vets and they kept her in a few days, had to make the decision to put her down, then right at the last minute she made a recovery. and shes totally fine now.

but i am sorry to hear your bad news
