Not been the gym or even played 5-a-side for about 3 months. Long hard xmas and I'eve even put on some weight
Gonna get re-acquainted very gently as last time I stormed back into and nearly died.
Bit of cycling and rowing probably 15 mins each, I wana drop a bit of weight and when i've succesfully done this I might start with some toning #
Wish me luck I feel I may collapse

You know what I mean
For the cardio and to burn weight, gonna stick to burning fat so not over bearing racing heart stuff
When I get near my desired weight I will maybe build a tiny bit and tone...yes
I think it's sensible to go about this seperately (I know this has been mentioned loads on here) to have a good starting position

No such thing as 'toning'
Low weight/High reps = more defined - is a myth.
Definition and muscle 'tone' is a function of bodyfat and muscle structure; which is more effectively built training high weight within the 4-12 rep range.

My mate is massive and well into it, I wouldn't even start with that shit as I know i'm never gonna eat and rest properely or realistically train hard enough it just doesn't do it for me.
I don't wana be an expert, I just have an idea of how much stamina I want and what I wana look like
