Mon,tue wed usually I would have smoked about 60 fags, 3 days 20 per day..I have only smoked about 15

same for the missus..So in 3 days already we have saved about £25

Going to keep it up and then cut it out alltogether

Yeah yeah....but it is happening now...

feel better and only having a few a day really helps..

stopped for 7 weeks before....If both me and Karen can keep it down to say 10 a day each I will be ok with that for a while that is cutting our smoking and spending in half...

used to smoke 20 a day, none tues, wed, 10 on thurs, none today and i will not be smoking ever again! it's surprisingly easy with the patches

I was listening to the radio the other day and they were talking about smoking and some guy phoned up and said he'd lost his mum and dad to smoking, they were about late 50's early 60's. But he said they used to smoke 60 a day each

and that if they smoked that today it would cost them 9 grand a year
