I find it more shocking the fact him & his friend arrived in this country illegally on the back of a lorry & were allowed to stay, than the fact hes knocked up the foster mum

they were both under age of 18 and without parental supervision so they could not be deported so had to stay in the country. Unless the government could be bothered to find thier parents.
or they claimed asylum

I wonder if the majority of the people who foster kids are in it for the money or if they actually care about the child. Thinking about people who do it around here & the only ones I can think of is a smelly family where neither of the parents work!!

The fact that they are minors I think they should be taken back to their parents or native country straight away (this is what would happen if someone from the UK under the age of 16 done a runner abroad!!), if over the age of 18 then should be put in a concentration camp awaiting the next boat home!!!
