It required
Driver’s seat replaced due to side air bag activation
Rear seat belt (drivers side) replaced due to pretensioner activation (activates automatically when drivers side air is deployed
Passenger side rear alloy replaced due to kerbing
Rear bumper repaired NOT replaced very minor scuff
Front grill replaced due to grill being cracked
Front bumper insert replaced due to scrape
Passenger side head light placed due to cover scuffed

All in all VERY minor panel damage, NO major repair needed flow through m.o.t.

this guy knows what he's talking about
like i said i actually drove the car home on my mates trade plates
if you were to see some of the cars that are written off for the most minor of damage you would be shocked, i know i was
there is the odd small scrape and dent here and there, when a car goes into the bodyshop they will quote the insurance to replace everything that is damage, including replacing full panels with any minor damage. + with the airbag in the seat going off and renault parts costing an arm and a leg you can easily see why there are written off, altho it does seem bizzaar to write a car off for such minor damage, i was able to repair the car cheaper because i used 2nd parts.

airbags and pre-tensioners are the monst expensive things o replace after a smash companies tend to just write the car off if these need done, along with the scrapes, the car would of needed paint in a few different places

this corsa is in the same salvage yard i got the clio from, this car has been written off

you can have this for 2grand

whats wrong with the Corsa?

Seems mad to write the off for so little but insurance companys must do it all the time.
