do you where glasses? im sure you need perfect 20/20 and a good result on ur entrance exam for ATC

alot of bases closed in Norfolk now apart from the american ones

marham is still open, and conningsby is in lincoln, so not to far. i have mates based at both, both hate it, shagged everything in norwich and theres nothing else for miles lol

You would have to go to Cranwell I think, it's very special

And, given existing employment regulations I very much doubt they could turn you away from an air traffic control position because your a single mum.

That point has no bearing on how well you can do your job. In fact given the pilots I cam across it will make you alot better at your job

you need to be able to run 1 and a half miles in 13mins too. You have to go through the full training even if you just want to be a dental nurse

yeh i knew about the training
im quite fit anyway ive been going to the gym for a whille now. and i think its less for women isnt it

i don't think so thats what the guy said to me on the phone last year but i worked out a route which was a mile and half and it's not actually that far! If you go to the gym anyway you would prob do it easily!

sounds like a cool idea, there are lots of things your good at and as you said there isnt anything thats keeping you here as you said, may also give you some sort of direction in life instead of the normal 9-3 etc, might join myself and get my life on track
