I think ive had one of these where u have to answer basic maths, shapes, spelling& grammar questions etc and u only get a certain amount of time in each section??

Yes we have to do these tests when we recruit.

Its just questions like do you smoke cannabis etc.. just general shit like that.

Its normally just a formality to check your not a complete nut job and checks your interpersonal skills etc

they are normally multiple choice. You get given a question and then asked what you will normally do in this situation.

There are no wrong answers though, so cant get it wrong!

yes I had one for Air Traffic control

There 250+ multiple choice questions but inall there were 12 questions about your attititude worded differntly to see if you responded the same or were trying to lie

Proven method in industry I believe
