Lower the front of the tie bars where they mount on the cross member and act as an anti dive kit when braking and anti lift when accelerating.

Where the front tie bar bolts onto the front crossmember (under the radiator) with three bolts (each side), you fit them between the tie bar and crossmember changing the angle of the tie bar. You need longer bolts but small block engine head bolts work. I have four bolts I can send so you would only need to source two more. (the kit doesn't come with any when its new).
Got the same sort of thing on my turbo Nova and they make it so much better.

tie bar meaning anti roll bar? the two brackets at the front of the car?

The two brackets at the front of the car on the crossmember are the tie bar brackets.
The anti roll bar is the thing thats fastened to the tie bars and joins the tie bars together.

Yes, probably would start with 25mm each side to be honest. I just bought more as the car was having the 6 speed gearbox in.
