is there a manual to tell you how to clean theses and refill them with clean oil??

Its really easy to do here is a quick guide.
1. Get a block of wood and all your lifters.
2. Turn the lifter so the face the cam contacts points upwards and proced to hit the other side against the piece of wood.
3. The plunger in the middle will drop out eventually.
4. Get a very small screwdriver and press the ball bearing in the middle of the plunger in, you shud get a bit of oil coming out of it.
5. Fill a metal tub full of panel wipe or something like that and put everyting in there for a few hours (i left mine overnight). You want to kepp pushing the ball bearing in when you first put them in there to get the solvent inside to clean them.
6. Remove them from the cleaner, make sure they are dry and then rebuild them. The plunger will just press inside them.
