A+L put a default on my credit file in Sept after saying they wont got my file in Nov and it was still there...

Again they said it will be removed and updated in Dec credit file so Got one in Jan to make sure and the have not taken it off they have increased it to 3 defaults!!!

Phoned today after having an answer phone message to call back and they shit on the phone woulld not give me her name or her managers or put me through to the person who asked to call me back!!

Was fucking fuming and had now taken 2days off work to launch my attack on them!!! (Its only gonna be a letter by the way!)
