guy just registered on here, i work with him. not a vauxhall obviosly but still very very








he's sending me more pics now and he'll post up a spec and run through of the rebuild etc

wheels have ben changed now, he's going to sort out progress pics so will be in with them. guy called rich used to own it, may have been from your area think he has a super duper fast mk2 fiesta now

Hi it@s lee the owner the spec of the car is as followes:
Bentley stage 3 t3 turbo with 360* bearings with bigger impalor and 47 housing
Stage 2 head with newman cam fitted
fully rebuilt bottom end consisting off mahle low comp pistons, new crank, burtons uprated oil pump, new big ends and mains thrust washers with arp bolts, stage 2 techni clutch fitted with uprated pressure plate and release bearing.
fully painted block
all new seals and gaskets etc core plugs.
new cam belt kit inc water pump and tensioner
cossie ngk spark plugs
pro alloy front mount intercooler
baileys oil breather and dump valve
escort cosworth uprated fuel pump
collins -31 actuator
ahmed bayjoo stage 2 chip
beige injectors
kent vernier pulley
cossie group a air filter
mongoose full 4" straight from turbo with 4" back box rolled outwards.
car is curentley running 1 bar boost but wil be 16lb when comes back on the road. 230bhp and 249lb ft torque.

boost gauge oil pressure gauge and battery voltage gauge. phantom gauges go black when ignition is turned off and light up when ignition is turned on.
the car did 1150 miles lat year and had 7 oil changes.

koni adjustable shock's with 30mm springs on the rear
and 25mm on the front.
tsw freeze 15" alloys with yokos fitted
escort cosworth front brakes drilled and grooved discs with mintex pad's
sierra cosworth 2wd rear disc conversion
full godridge brake hose kit.
new heated front screen from ford.
full respray in radiant red but having another respray with engine bay fully resprayed new bonnet from ford very soon and all front panel painted.
new n/s/r 1/4 panel
the cars gleams now and ive been promised by my mate that it will shine even more with the new respray to be done next month. hoping on getting a mag feature soon. the previous owner to me is a lad called rich and any one who has ther ford mags will no his mk1 fiesta xr2 with a cossie engine blue it's awesome. he had it guaranteed with performance ford once he had the filler cap replaced. now i have basically rebuilt this ask bieren sri he no how much time has gone into this car and had everything new whenever it has needed it.

had the car back from coachpainters on monday here's how she looks now engine bay repainted and full car repainted to:

















And found out my bargain turbo is off a bentley arnage 6.75l twin turbo. ha ha not bad for £150 brand new.
