sounds like bull to me. says you can compress your springs between 10-20mm

To lower it or to remove it?
Sounds like your under the impression you can "compress" them to lower the car?

think its on r-tec they sell clips that stay on your springs which allow the springs to go higher or lower, one of the two.
but they are not recommended for fitting and driving, just show use.

yer they clamp on to ya spring and ya can lower or highten it a little....there caravan accessories anyway(shudder! )...so unless your a pikey stay clear

the caravan things are fine, they fit between two of the coils to stop them compressing, and the car bottoming out.
Compressing springs is shite though, just buy new springs if you want that stupid 'decked' look

when the car is not jacked up the spring coils are only a few mm apart so it wudnt make a dif

buy spring compressors. Fit them to the coils when they are compressed with the struts.
