Make sure you do because if its the BT Business 1 package then thats the problem!!

If it is then technically BT's partially to blame as there meant to contact after 2 months to advise!! Unless they have & isa's hoofed the letter in the bin

She's only got a copy of the front page of the bill, she sent it in the internal mail this morning to head office

She says there was nothing on it at all to show what it was for. No mention of Broadband etc. She only found that out when she phoned them. This is sooooo not funny, this could be serious shit

Its probably not your faults, probably whoever set up the PC's or broadband account!! Just act dim
