Hi,

I need a tool that can calculate how many days one of my property has been on the market in Excel.

For instance, A property that goes on the market on the 5-November 2006 up to today.

Can anyone help? Ta!

Enter the date that you want to go from, ie: Cell A1 = 01/01/2007 (format the cell so its like that). Then in cell B1 use "=TRUNC(NOW()) - A1" (minus ") and set the cells format to general, should give you the days

edit - can also use =DATEDIF(TODAY(), A1, "D"), where A1 is the same as above, will do the same but you can change the "D" to "Y" or "M" which will calculate whole years or months.
