so im look ing for a 40mm drop on 17s (probably et45-49 as recommeded to me) what is the best make to get for a good drop without any scrubbing? i was thinking of buying the gmax kit? budget isnt massive cause i am working on another project so cheap n cheerful... cheers

Or the best for your Budget?

If you want 40mm on a budget i'd go for the FK AK kit.

am i right in saying adjustables will mean if they do scrub, i can higher it to make it perfect.
if so these seem the babies for me. whats a good price tag? i want on car adjustables mind. no faffing about...

I wouldn't bother with coil overs. If the alloys are the right offset and you don't go stupidly low (which makes handling worse) you won't have a problem.

EVO II adjustables are £210? these any good?

and yes looking for suspension to suit my budget, so i rekon if i could get a kit £200- (40mm) with zilch scrubbing il be cool.
so il have a look at both and see what i like...

yea ok sod adjustables, this aint a long term project.. mr. wide arch is being done in the garage at the mo, so il stick with normal kit.

Mines lowered on Koni shocks n springs 40mm n dunt scrub 1 bit!! I think the arches r slighty dif on the Vgrill model to the later one though. Mines Vgrill!
