have just ordered some of these, i spoke to the women on the phone and she was sorting the instructions out and said that you have to put a part in the freezer and then heat another part up so they can slide in........ has anybody heard of this before?

did you do much at school?

Heat expands, Cold contracts...

The parts a re interference fit, and need pressed, or fitted in the above way.

When you get them... try fitting the parts togther out of the box 'That is too big to go in there!!'

As said

put the bearing in the freezer for about an hour.... use a heat gun or similar to heat the roller up and then the bearing should fit inside.

Did mine that way an was easy

how can you do proper timing on cams if you don't have verniers? You need verniers to get the best out of them
