Liverpool v Roma... the year liverpool won the uefa cup. 2-0 to liverpool on agg, and Roma went 1-0 up curtosy of a deflected shot. Roma needed another goal to force extra time. Someone took a shot, and marcus bable hand balls it in the area....the ref points to the spot....once.....twice, possibly a 3rd time....then WTF he gave a corner??!?! W

WTF was that all about? naturally there was no uproar about this, but does anyone know any opinion of the referee on why he done this? match report etc?

Yeah I remember that game, was at the Anfield one.

We had a few dodgey decisions go our way during that run, also beat Barca on the way aswell.
