for the record i would probablly pay off my loan (2k) and then put the rest to save for a bit until i decide wat i want for definate. Don't want to rush into anything and then regret it!

ok, thanks mite jus leave it for next motor after the one im gna get! pretty lucky really!! thanks mum.r.i.p
thats terrible. I'd spend inherritance on something a bit more respectful than a fucking car tbh.
yeah you'd buy 2 of the best cars in the world, just to sell them on to your mates, and keep referring to nthem in posts on corsasport
Get fucked you prick. I've never sold a car to a mate.
But they all own the best cars dont they?
maybe you'd just buy and sell several cars so you can say "I've driven that, its not as good as my 106 with its £900 gearbox"?
no?
the gear box was £500.

If you don't know what to spend it on then simply don't spend it!
Put it in a high interest account so you can't just goto a cash point and fritter it away whenever you like or you'll end up with nothing to show for it.
You'll know when the right time comes up to spend it - something will come along or a oppourtunity will come out of the blue which requires money and you'll be able to take advantage.
If it was me I'd change my car, but my situation is different to yours as is everybody else's on here so really what other people suggest aren't really relevent.
The best idea is to do with it what YOU want - my only suggestion would be to not waste it as you WILL regret it later down the line.
