Yeah, it has been fixed. I thought it had to be MOT'd after a crash, but I guess that's if it's a write off of any category.
I suppose they didn't do a full check of the car to save money, otherwise it would have been a write off.
Thanks for warning me about the car being cold, I'll go out for bit of a drive before I take it in at 8:30am. Roads should be nice and quiet

it all depends on when its booked in for though i'm afraid, mine was booked in for 1pm and i dropped it off at 8:30am so it understandably had a cold engine. if yours isn't long after 8:30 when you drop it off it'll probably work out alot better than mine i was lucky though, as my mate works in the garage where it was MOT'd so i was able to ring him up and tell them to go ahead and drive it round the block

I phoned up asking for an MOT on Wednesday? The conversation went something like this.
"What time would you like?"
"I don't mind, what ever time you have available!"
"Ok, we have 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30. . ." (you get the idea!)
lol so I'd imagine it will be done at 8:30 - how long is a test, roughly 1hr once the car has gone in and out?!

Big fat PASS!
2 advisories:
1) n/s/f CV boot leaking grease
2) Exhaust system leaking exhaust gases.
Exhaust is being sorted at Stapletons as we speak as it should still be under warranty - either their workmanship is shoddy or genuinly dodgy parts because I've already had the centre box replaced 3 times under warranty.
I obviously adjusted my bulbs correctly when I fitted my Depos, the smoked side repeaters are legal, as is the number plate with no BS or postcode marks
I'm a happy chappy.

Was all the joints - probably where the centre box has been taken on and off so much.
All fixed now - just need to get the CV boot sorted.
