With these do you get much choice of ride hight, and how exactly do you adjust them, their not on car adjustable anybody got em?

ride height isnt adjustable, its also a bit false to claim they are damping adjustable as well, in reality they are only rebound adjustable (control the rate of which the pistion comes back up) and not bump adjustable.

can get much better kits for a few £ more.
