where to get JUST a fast road clutch friction plate?
looking to send £50 - £60, dont want anything special, just an orangic fast road clutch to with stand 180 odd bhp on a x16xe 200mm clutch

no, anything but valeo, they are utter wank.
just get a sachs clutch, or an LUK. no need for anything uprated really, I use a sachs fast road friction plate with standard cover plate and release bearing, work really well and nice and light on the pedal.
I get the sachs fast road plates from a lad know that works at sachs boge, he does the for me at rather good prices

^^^^ agree with dave, ive got a sachs friction plate.
i had a helix one off (*ebay* ebay *cough*).. and was utter crap!
