local engineering company has my coscast head atm to be checked over for the new engine.

i have been informed that it needs :

8x new valve guides - £15.49
fit new valve guides - £22.60
reface cyl head - £24.00
reface 16x valve seats - £39.20
reface 16x valves - £39.20
acid dip, replace seals and rebuild - £76.00
replace coolant pipe - £38.00

total - £254 + VAT (£299.03 inc VAT)

is that a good price?
