OK, got my clocks out..
The see through cover & the surround are attatched - how the hell do I seperate them?
Worried that Im going to crack the acrylic & then be stuck with a big ol' crack in the middle of my dials

on clip the surround from the rear of the clock
they're held on by white clips 2 at the top 2 at the bottom

No not that bit
Imagine the front bit that comes away. Its the clear plastic bit & the black surround with the holes in that sits in front of the dials themselves
I need to seperate these 2 to fit the dial rings

ah, yeah I know the bit you mean, seems quite brittle I was to scared to try and part them. But I remem them having small plastic clips?

the clear and black bit back is clipped onto the white bit

Im trying to seperate the two. IE the black bit from the clear bit
Doesn't matter now as its cracked

put it in the oven and heat it up, the glue will go soft then you can pull it away. Be carefull tho as i snapped mine becuase i was being to ruff

For fan assisted ovens, refer to your instruction manual.

i used a art and craft multi tool to basically cut a thin line all the way around...this was quick and simple because the line is already there, the disc just cuts the glue...it came off easily enough and with some glue it went back on.
