Are Vectra 1.8 16v Brakes the same as 2.0 16v Calibra or Cav ones?

Umm - nope they're not - the discs are 256x20mm, not 256x24mm.

And the callipers have a smaller piston - the Vectra 1.8 brakes are the same size as corsa GSI / 1.6 sport brakes.
