.....they get far too dirty too easily!!! These were clean last night when i went for a quick blast! 30 miles in total!! (I feel sorry for you guys that have white wheels on your cars!) Also picked up a £30 fine for a loud exhaust. Bastard!



And the undertray was just as bad!!



So i gave it a clean!!!





Yeah i know!! The garage is a f*cking tip!

yup its pants having white wheels at times, a little bit of rain and thats them dirty or tar build up, getting mines re-powder coated quite soon... will be using softstars every winter from now on

I don't think having polished wheels would be the answer! They'd get just as dirty! Plus there's nothing else really thats polished on the bike.

There's a few odds and sods to sort out for it to be completely finished like decent rear sets, maybe some Harrison Billet 6's and a few bits need powder coating.

needs some Gixer USD forks to finish it

but looks realy nice as it is, not sure bout the white engine tho, i reckon its like marmite

Warren, the rocker cover is going to be painted black, so there won't be as much white

I hate it, i ride so many miles, but spray the chain and don't use a scotoiler....

Result, muchos chain lube all over the rim of the wheel.. But its not all that bad as it covers the rim and actually forms a good protection barrier against dirt and salt and grit....

PS, WD40 is great for cleaning it off, but expensive. I use normal Mr Scheen furtinture polish, works great
