My dads car is going in for its MOT tomorrow..

Just trying to clear something up.. he has one of them knobs on the steering wheel that some lorries/buses have... Would the car still pass with this attatched?

I believe it would, but my dad thinks not due to it restricts full 'usage' of the steering wheel..??

can he not just take it off just for the MOT becuase i know you can buy them, then attach them/de-attach them when ever you want.

just tell him to hold one hand like jeremy beadle or something

There is no "check for obstructions in the steering wheel" test. Therefore it will pass.

still tell him to hold one hand like jeremy beadle, and if its going to fail, they may feel sorry for a dodgey hand and let him off!
